About Meg

I hold a masters degree in Social Work and have spent over 25 years serving families. My experience ranges from program management and clinical supervision to training, facilitation and mediation. I was an adoption specialist, group facilitator and trainer and for fifteen years I was the director of a federal research project providing services to young parents. I have taught at the university level and produced an award winning documentary (Play Again, 2010). But what I love most is working directly with families in transition. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and structured yet flexible. I integrate coaching into sessions as needed.

I am a certified court connected mediator in both Small Claims and Family Court. I am a member of the Oregon Mediation Association, Oregon Association of Collaborative Professionals and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. I am committed to ongoing professional learning and have experience with adoption, attachment, collaborative divorce, child development, domestic violence, substance use disorder, and the neurobiology of trauma.
